Join Joanna for a short and sweet midday mindfulness meditation practice—perfect for stepping away from work or kiddos for a brief time to receive care.
Each 30 minute class will consist of an optional check-in and a guided meditation. After class, Joanna will stay online for a post class discussion for folks who are able.
This series will be offered online for 4 weeks on Thursdays from 12:30-1:00 PM ET (option to stay until 1:10 for discussion) on July 23, July 30, August 6, (skipping August 13), and August 20.
All classes will be recorded and shared with registrants.
